Portrayal of products

I aim to provide a comprehensive guide to the products in my shop, but if you should like further information about any item please do not hesitate to contact me.

All goods must be paid for prior to dispatch.
Payment can be made using a credit or debit card, using the online secure payment system.

If you wish to cancel your order prior to dispatch of goods, please contact me (Please note that goods are normally dispatched within 24 hours of receiving your order)
If your order has already been dispatched, please be aware that the cost of returning the goods will be the responsibility of the customer. Please follow the returns information below.
This does not affect your statutory rights.

UK delivery is included in the online price of items.
Items are generally dispatched within 24 hours, with delivery 3-5 working days after dispatch.
If you require Next Day Delivery I’m afraid there will be an additional delivery charge – please contact me for this option.

Damaged or Faulty Goods
 Great care is taken when packaging fragile items for delivery, but if you discover any damage in transit, please contact me immediately. Please ensure parcels are checked within 24 hours of delivery. The right is reserved to refuse a refund/replacement item after this period.
Unsuitable Goods 
I hope you will love your item when it arrives, but if you are not happy with the goods you may return them, providing you notify me within 7 days of receiving your order.
Please note that the portion of the online price allocated for delivery will not be refunded. All goods returned must be in a perfect and saleable condition with the original product packaging or your right to a full refund may be affected. The full cost of returning items is the responsibility of the customer.
You are strongly advised to obtain a proof of postage receipt when returning any part of your order.
Please allow 14 days for the receipt of any refund.
